Free express shipping on every order, to every EU country. No minimum.

Order by 17:00 CET (Netherlands time) on a weekday and your order ships the same day from our EU fulfillment center in the Netherlands. Orders placed after 17:00, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery is typically 1–5 business days to the Netherlands, Ireland and the Nordics (including Denmark and Sweden), and 3–5 business days elsewhere in the EU.

Every order is fully tracked. Your tracking link arrives by email the moment the carrier scans the parcel, and you can also track it any time in our customer portal at saturateskin.com/pages/customer-portal.

Inside the EU there are never customs fees or import charges.

We currently ship to EU countries only.

Parcel lost or stuck? Reach us through the customer portal or at saturate@saturateskin.com, and we will resolve it within one business day with a replacement or a refund, your choice.
