Our 90-Day Results Guarantee Vector ONE is backed by a 90-day money-back results guarantee. Use it as part of your nightly routine, and if you are not happy with the results you see, request a refund within 90 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You keep the bottle, and you do not need to send anything back.

This guarantee is about your results, not your packaging. You have to actually use the cream to judge it, so an opened or half-used bottle is completely fine for a refund. No hoops.

How to request your refund The quickest way is through our customer portal at saturateskin.com/pages/customer-portal, where you can start your refund in a couple of clicks. Prefer email? Write to saturate@saturateskin.com with your order number and a note that you would like a refund under the 90-day results guarantee. Either way, we will confirm by email and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days pass after we approve your refund and you still do not see it, reach us through the customer portal or at saturate@saturateskin.com.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us through the customer portal (saturateskin.com/pages/customer-portal) or at saturate@saturateskin.com with a photo as soon as possible, and we will make it right, usually with a free replacement and no return needed.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal In addition to the 90-day guarantee above, if your order is shipped within the European Union you have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. For a withdrawal return the item should be unused and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase, and returned to the address below. We will refund the item price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

What is not covered Gift cards are non-refundable. Everything else, including opened and used Vector ONE, is covered by the 90-day results guarantee above.
