• Orders placed on weekdays ship within 24 hours from Copenhagen, Denmark.
• Delivery: typically 2–3 business days to Germany, France, Austria, Benelux and the Nordics; 3–5 business days elsewhere in the EU.
• Every order is fully tracked — your tracking link arrives by email the moment the carrier scans the parcel.
• Inside the EU there are never customs fees or import charges.
• We currently ship to EU countries only.
• Parcel lost or stuck? Email saturate@saturateskin.com — we resolve it within one business day with a replacement or refund, your choice.
