Yes. The 120 day satisfaction guarantee is built for opened, used bottles, and you keep the bottle either way. No return shipment required. Email your order number and we handle the rest. On a 2-pack the refund covers both bottles, sealed or opened.
We process refunds within 5 business days of your confirmation email. Card refunds typically appear within 2–3 additional business days depending on your bank.
Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We dispatch a replacement next business day at no charge. Keep or discard the damaged item. No return required.
Yes. UK deliveries take 3–5 business days. Note that UK customs duties may apply. We declare accurate product values and cannot mark shipments as gifts.
