Refund policy

The short version: use Vector ONE for up to 120 days. If your skin doesn't look visibly better, one email gets you a full refund, and you keep the bottle.

The 120-Day Results Guarantee

Use Vector ONE nightly for up to 120 days from delivery. If you don't see visible improvement, email saturate@saturateskin.com with your order number. We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. No return label, no forms, no questions. The guarantee applies to opened, used product. One guarantee claim per customer/household.

Your 14-day EU right of withdrawal

Separately from our guarantee, EU law gives you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons this applies to unopened bottles with the seal intact (sealed cosmetics unsealed after delivery are exempt under Art. 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, though our 120-day guarantee is more generous and covers opened product anyway).

To return: open the Customer Portal (saturateskin.com/pages/customer-portal). It generates a prepaid return label and shows the return address. Free, and it takes about a minute. We refund (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged or the pump fails, email a photo to saturate@saturateskin.com — we ship a replacement immediately or refund in full, your choice. No return needed. EU law additionally provides a 2-year legal guarantee covering defects.

How refunds are paid

Always to the original payment method, processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to display it.
